You’ve got Q’s, We’ve got A’s

How do I get to San Miguel from the airport?

We recommend arranging transportation in advance. A trusted local transportation company is listed under Travel & Stay, and we encourage guests to coordinate rides whenever possible.

Should I bring cash?

Yes. We recommend carrying some pesos for tips, taxis, small purchases, and local vendors. While most restaurants and shops accept credit cards, cash can be helpful throughout town. Pesos can be exchanged at the airport, local exchange counters, or ATMs in San Miguel.

What will the weather be like?

April is one of the most beautiful times of year in San Miguel, with warm, sunny days and cooler evenings. We recommend bringing a light layer for nighttime events.

Can I drink the water?

We recommend drinking bottled or filtered water during your stay.

Will my phone work in Mexico?

Most major carriers offer international coverage, but we recommend checking with your provider before traveling.

Should I extend my stay?

Absolutely. San Miguel is known for its incredible restaurants, rooftop bars, art galleries, boutiques, and beautiful colonial architecture. We hope you'll take some time to explore and enjoy everything this special city has to offer.

What shoes should I bring?

For the ladies, you are good to wear heels if you please for the ceremony and reception. However, for walking around San Miguel during the day you should definitely wear comfortable shoes. The streets are all made of cobble stone and there are hills everywhere.
